Crete-Monee School District 201-U held a special board meeting on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, where new members and current members were sworn into office. Former President Nelson Albrecht administered the oath of office to newly elected members Jamie Zite-Stumbris (District 5) and Alejandro Gallegos (District 4) and re-elected members William J. Sawallisch Jr. (District 1) and Maurice Brown (District 2).
